Payment and cancellation

Pre-orders are required to be paid in full upfront. Cancellation of pre-orders will result in a 10% processing fee. Cancellations of pre-orders can only take place up to 7 (Seven) business days prior to the scheduled release date.

 

When will I receive my pre-order?

Orders that contain pre-order products will ship as soon as all the products in the order are available. Please note that the estimated arrival/release date from our supplier can change due to production/shipping delays. We will do our best to communicate and get the order to you as soon as possible.

 

Can pre-order prices change?

Our supplier occasionally alters the price once the pre-order becomes available. This is due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in import costs. We will do our best to honour the pre-order prices unless there are extreme changes. If the pre-order price changes, we will notify you and send details on how to pay the difference. If you decide to cancel the pre-order at this point, we will not charge any cancellation processing fee.

 

Quantity adjustments

We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. Sometimes our supplier receives limited stock and cannot supply all the pre-order stock we require. In this situation we will allocate available stock starting from the earliest orders. Any pre-orders that we cannot fulfil can be refunded or converted to store credit.
