Returns Policy

Returns on new items:

If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within seven days of the delivery for a full refund, less the shipping costs. Full refunds will only be issued if products are returned unopened and with all packaging and any other materials that were part of the original purchase.

Should an opened product be returned, a re-stocking fee of up to 25% will be charged, provided that all the original packaging and all materials are provided with it. Should an opened item be returned without some or all the original packaging and materials, Cyber Skoobz reserves the right, at its sole discretion to levy an additional fee.

Goods returned in opened packaging need to be returned in a condition that is fit for resale. Certain items cannot be returned such as software, consumables and Trading cards.

All orders cancelled by the client prior to shipping (being prior to fulfilment), for which payment has been received by Cyber Skoobz, will be refunded to the client in full including any delivery charges quoted (please see pre-order policy for limitations).

Replacements on new items:
All new products sold by Cyber Skoobz are covered by the manufacturer's original warranty, which is at least 6 months from the date of order, unless otherwise stated.

Should you have a faulty item, contact us and we'll assist you by providing you with the details for the return process. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery of the faulty item back to Cyber Skoobz, but Cyber Skoobz will cover the return shipping costs back to the customer.

In the unlikely event that a product sold by Cyber Skoobz is DOA (Dead on arrival) or becomes faulty within 30 days of the delivery date, we will arrange for a courier to collect the item from you and will cover the shipping costs both ways.

 

Returns on pre-owned items:

Cyber Skoobz will always endeavor to provide our customers with the best quality pre-owned items. Unfortunately, standards are subjective and therefore the warranties offered can only be enforced on defects which arise within the warranty period or arrive DOA (Dead on arrival). Please note that all pre-owned items carry their own respective warranty periods provided by Cyber Skoobz. Pre-owned items do not carry the seven-day refund policy nor do the items carry manufacturer warranties. Cyber Skoobz reserves the right to determine whether the item will be replaced, repaired or refunded and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

General:

All items returned to Cyber Skoobz will undergo testing to ensure that the returned item is indeed faulty. Should the item not be faulty, the customer will be responsible for the courier costs both ways. In the event that the item is faulty, Cyber Skoobz reserves the right to replace or repair the item based on the policies of our suppliers. This process may take up to 90 days but we endeavor to resolve the issue as timeously as possible.

All products being shipped back to Cyber Skoobz should be carefully packed in protective materials where necessary. The package should have the order number and return address clearly marked. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices; Cyber Skoobz will not be liable for the damages. It is recommended to insure any items that you send to us.

Refunds may be completed against the original payment method received or may be provided as store credit at the discretion of Cyber Skoobz. Should you have paid by credit/debit card, please allow additional time for the funds to reflect in your account should a refund take place. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

Coupons and Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

We regrettably cannot refund store-credit.

Sadly, we cannot refund or provide store-credit for any additional services, custom work or technical support as our time cannot be recovered.

Any credit and/or refund due to you will be subject to the manufacturer's warranty relating to the warranty time period and/or to the amount and/or percentage of the refund or credit Cyber Skoobz receives from the manufacturer.

Any refund claim must be submitted to us within the manufacturer's warranty period.

It should be noted that exchanged items do not carry a full warranty but rather a balance of the remaining warranty term of the original item purchased.

Pre Owned Items
